Bright blue dice with fine glitter and scattered gold-coloured flecks have a little moonlit-grove magic about them. They’ve also got just enough sparkle for a character who thinks a daring plan counts as a careful one.
Starfen Caper is a nine-piece set of resin DND dice with black numerals. Its angular shapes include a cube and a crystal-shaped die, giving this blue-and-gold design a varied look across the set.
I’d pair the shimmer with a Circle of Stars Druid, while the gold flecks suit a Swashbuckler Rogue who doesn’t mind being noticed after the escape. Neither needs the colour to play the part, but it’s fun when the dice match the character.
The included D20 is ready for checks, and the two D6s are handy to reach for when a Rogue rolls Sneak Attack damage.
