Shopping with DND Den

DND Den is an independent online store operated from New Zealand. We sell in trade. Contact denmaster@dndden.com about a product, order or these terms.

These terms apply to purchases through dndden.com together with the product information and our shipping and returns policy. Nothing here excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act where they apply. Customers elsewhere may have mandatory rights under their local law.

Products, prices and payment

Prices and checkout charges are in United States dollars (USD). Check the product, quantity, delivery destination and final total before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or charges.

Shipping to the USA is free. International shipping is US$6.50 per order to other available destinations. Availability and delivery estimates are specific to the product and destination; a shipping rate is not a promise that every country is supported or that customs charges are included.

Stripe processes payment through its checkout service. An order confirmation records payment and the items ordered. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute another product or collect an additional amount without your agreement.

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear; this does not remove your rights if a product is materially different from its description. Tell us promptly if you find a product or pricing error so we can resolve it.

Fulfilment, returns and custom requests

Products may ship directly from overseas suppliers. DND Den remains your contact for delivery questions, faults and returns. See our shipping and returns policy for the 30-day voluntary return policy and how to request help.

A custom-dice enquiry is a request for a proposal, not a paid order or a promise that a design can be made. We confirm feasibility, specifications, price, timing and any custom-order terms before you commit. Please provide only artwork or other material you have permission to use.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security, submit misleading information or attempt to access another person’s information. The dice roller and guides are provided for tabletop play and general information. A virtual roll or a product theme does not guarantee any outcome with physical dice. Follow the product’s care and safety information.

Questions, complaints and updates

Email denmaster@dndden.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it, without preventing you from using a complaint process or remedy available under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The terms supplied when an order is placed continue to apply to that order unless we agree a change with you or a change is required by law.
